Abstract
This study aims to suggest implementing a mobile application to improve order handling in the gastronomy sector. Likewise, this study aimed to enhance the Menu display, the food ordering process, and facilitate payments. Furthermore, this research was conducted using a quantitative approach and an experimental methodological design. On the other hand, the study group consisted of 48 clients who frequently order delivery. Also, the sample included 27 clients. On the other hand, the SPSS statistical software was used for data processing, enabling a more detailed analysis of the results. Finally, it was observed that the results were satisfactory, concluding that the use of a mobile application is a digital strategy that enhances order handling at Kian Café because it improves the customer service process when buying the food from the menu of the organization, as well as the facility the client has when using the application for ordering and paying.
