Abstract

The process of coexistence is a daily challenge for educational centers; to assume this commitment in view of the changes that the school undergoes as a result of the realities of today's society, and especially for teachers at the moment of facing school conflicts. Therefore, they must assume criteria and ideas that allow them to respond to such situations, which is why the role they assume is important. The objective was to analyze the different perceptions of teachers in secondary schools in the private, semi-private and public sectors in the municipality of Salcedo, Hermanas Mirabal Province. The study was descriptive from a quantitative approach. On the other hand, a population of 70 teachers was obtained with a sample of 40 teachers in which a questionnaire instrument was applied. In which it was concluded that teachers in the public, semi-private and private sectors have diversity in the management of school conflicts, and the perception of the lack of knowledge of conflict management.
