Abstract

The objective of the article presented is to analyze the state of the art on the inclusion of people with disabilities in indigenous educational institutions. Methodologically, it is a systematic review article, therefore it is a qualitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study, in which information collection techniques have been used using tools such as Atlas.Ti, in the secondary sources that make up the population. and a sample of this document. As results, it was obtained that the studies reveal the persistence of important barriers that limit the participation and learning of indigenous students with disabilities. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a growing incorporation of critical theoretical perspectives such as decoloniality, intersectionality and the critical theory of disability, which allow a deeper analysis of the interrelationships between ethnicity, disability and educational exclusion.
